Check-In Time: Anytime after 4 PM
We have implemented an easy check yourself in option at Cable Nature Lodge, using a keyless pushbutton entry system at the upper front entrance. The current code and further instructions will be included in your reservation confirmation email.
Check-Out: by 11 AM
Deposit: Full deposit is due when the reservation is made. We accept Discover, Visa, MasterCard, AMEX. All rates are subject to 5.5% state taxes, 4% local taxes and 3% processing fee.
Cancellations: A full refund of your deposit (minus a 10% processing fee) will be offered for cancellations 30 or more days in advance of your scheduled stay. We regret we cannot offer any refund for cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival unless we are able to rebook your room. We have no control over the Weather, so the cancellation policy stands firm.
Children: Cable Nature Lodge features a peaceful, adult-oriented environment. We welcome children ages 12 and older (and would be happy to refer you to family resorts in our area with better amenities for younger children).
Pets: We generally do not accept pets. At other times we MAY at our sole discretion consider welcoming one well-behaved dog with prior approval for a $75 additional fee. Owner must warrant said dog will be friendly with people and is not a barker or may similarly disturb other guests. Owner accepts full responsibility for all property damage or any financial consequences stemming from other guests being disrupted by their dog’s behavior.
Smoke-Free: Cable Nature Lodge is pleased to offer our guests a smoke-free environment. Smoking is not permitted in guest rooms or indoor public areas, nor anywhere on our grounds where it might impact other guests or pose a fire hazard. We assess a $100 cleaning fee for violations of our no smoking policy.
Peak Season Minimum Stay: A 2-night minimum generally is required during peak season for reservations that include a Saturday night. Some special event weekends require a 3-night minimum stay. From November thru May (and occasional other times) some rooms may be available for a single night weekend stay. Please call to inquire.
Guest Phone Service: Please note that cell phone reception is somewhat spotty in our area, depending on your service provider. Verizon currently has the best coverage — a bit weak at the lodge, growing stronger as you drive towards Cable. We recommend you use the Wi-Fi setting on your cell phone to connect to our wireless Internet network. We regret we are unable to take telephone messages for guests except in cases of emergency.
